The Nerv helmet was created by Ignazio Bernardi, with the technical advice of the most important helmet designer in Italy.

The polycarbonate shell of 3 mm thickness has the advantage of being very light while being very resistant.

The polystyrene is reinforced with an additional layer of polycarbonate that allows it to pass the difficult E.N. 966 certification penetration test. 2 channels, with inlet and outlet, are placed between the shell and the polystyrene to ensure good internal ventilation.

The ventilation is adjustable with one hand during the flight (opening and closing). The visor is optional. It is made of anti-scratch and anti-fog treated polycarbonate. 4 types of visors are available: transparent, grey tinted, orange, mirror. A foam is also available to prevent relative wind turbulence inside the visor.

The helmet is available in 3 sizes with an adjustment wheel that allows a perfect fit for head sizes from 53 cm to 61 cm. The size of a helmet is always determined by the circumference of the inner liner. The size indicated corresponds to the head size in centimeters.

The ear covers are soft and easily removable. The straps may vary depending on the model. To ensure maximum protection, we recommend that you always use the helmet with the ear muffs fitted and never fly without them.

If you live in Switzerland or outside the European Union, you can deduct the French VAT from our products (20%).

Two options:

  • Distance selling HT with direct shipment: We produce an invoice HT already including the discount we offer to our customers on the flight material. Once the material has been paid for, we will ship the goods to you with the CN23 customs clearance form.
  • Collection on the spot with tax exemption. You can go to the shop and buy your material. The amount paid is inclusive of VAT (with French VAT). We provide you with a form and a declaration of tax exemption. All you have to do is scan this form at the customs posts (customs, airports, etc.), and we receive instant confirmation that the material has left the EU. We will then refund the French VAT,
