The combination of all these refinements improves the wing's behavior and performance. The most noticeable difference is a more linear and direct feel at the controls, giving greater agility and steering precision. Maximum speed has also been increased, and smoothness has been improved across the entire speed range.

We pay a lot of attention to this category of wings, as they are used by many pilots with very different profiles, and the Z7 is the most complete wing we have produced in this "true B" category. It's really fun to ride, capable of taking you cross-country, and all with the highest level of passive safety in the class.

The Z6's fabrics have proven to combine lightness and durability, which is why we've chosen to keep them. The lower lines are now sheathed and come in different colors, and combined with new, easier-to-use risers, they make take-off preparation as simple as possible.

The wing's weight is identical to that of its predecessor, still light enough to provide excellent inflation in all conditions. We've paid particular attention to the design of the leading edge, with new reinforcements designed to increase its strength across the entire speed range. In particular, these new reinforcements eliminate the flutter effect in accelerated flight, thus improving glide ratio at high speeds.

The Pilot
The Z7 is aimed at pilots who fly between 30 and 50 hours a year, and who are looking for a glider they can rely on for their first cross-country flights, with a high level of passive safety.
